Un-purchased prints and negatives and any negatives from portraits sessions remain the exclusive property of Portraits by Bridgette. Portraits by Bridgette reserves the exclusive use of negatives, disks, and prints, including reproduction and copyright. Portraits by Bridgette reserves the right to use all negatives, disks, and prints for display, publication, or other purposes.
The studio reserves the right to remove any undesirable prints from deliverable previews (blink shots, blurred images, etc).
No unauthorized copies may be made of any prints or enlargements produced by Bridgette Adams Photography. This includes, but is not limited to, scanning or otherwise copying those prints, both, which represent violations of existing copyright laws.
Portraits by Bridgette will do it’s best to capture all agreed-upon moments. However, due to limits imposed by time and events, Portraits by Bridgette cannot be held liable for unintentional errors or omissions on the part of its photographers.
As human error is always possible, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Portraits by Bridgette during the week of the event to confirm plans and requirements.
